Oil Pulling
Oil pulling is the process of swishing oil in your mouth first thing in the morning. This has been practiced for centuries in India as it is said to promote dental health.
How to oil pull:
1.Measure one tablespoon of coconut oil.
2.Swish it around in your mouth for 15–20 minutes, being careful not to swallow any.
3.Spit out the oil once you’re done.
4.Rinse your mouth well using water before eating or drinking anything.

Masala Tea
Adding spice to tea has many health benefits. Green Cardamon is said to streamline the body’s digestive process. Ginger has anti inflammatory properties and Lemon grass prevents infections and is a great flavour enhancer.
How to make masala tea:
Boil one cup water. To the boiling water at 1 tea spoon of Nanu Tea Masala . Let this boil for a minute before adding 1 teaspoon of tea leaves. You can now have this concoction with or without milk. If you would like to have milk, add two to 3 tablespoons of milk. Drink hot!
Kokum Sherbet
Kokum is a summer fruit that is not just refreshing but a powerful antioxidant as well.
Take Dry Kokum, boil in water. Let it steep for 3 hours or overnight. In the morning add some coconut sugar, chill and enjoy a glass full. A glass of kokum juice in summer helps keep your body hydrated.
