Kalparasa
Kalparasa as the name states is the fresh sap of coconut tree(Neera). It is reach in protein Minerals antioxidents vitamins and it carries a low glycemic index between 35 to 40. The presence of loric acid and monoloren which is found only in human breast milk provides a healthy dosage of energy Hence making it an Energy Booster.
Coconut Sugar/Jaggery
As the harmful effects of sugar and high fructose corn syrup become increasingly more evident, people are turning to natural alternatives.
A sweetener that has become very popular in the past few years is coconut sugar.
This sugar is derived from the kalparasa of coconut palm tree and is touted as being more nutritious and lower in the glycemic index than cane sugar. It can be used as a natural health tonic because of its vitamins and minerals.
